Requirements


All aspirants need to qualify for the basic requirement of acquiring eligible OET or IELTS scores. (IELTS and OET are the only two English language examinations accepted by the Nursing Council of New Zealand from Internationally Qualified Nurses for registration. )

The aspirants should be a qualified Bachelor in Nursing degree or Diploma in general Nursing & Midwifery with Post BSc Nursing registration Certificate.

A successful nurse after obtaining a bachelor’s degree from any recognized institution needs to have a minimum of 2 years of work experience as a registered nurse or in any nursing sector while applying for CAP.

A Nurse should have a valid Nursing council registration certificate from their regional Nursing regulatory authority while registering for NCNZ.
